Treatment Options

Depending on the cause of pain, treatment options may include medication, targeted injections, epidural steroid injections, facet or sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and selected regenerative treatments.

Many interventional procedures may be performed using ultrasound or fluoroscopy guidance for greater precision.
